Camp Starshine 2026 - Full Series: June 8-11 + June 15-18
Join us for a magical Astrology + Art Summer Camp for girls ages 12–16.
WEEK ONE: June 8-11
Week 1 is all about getting closer to the four elements — Fire, Water, Air, and Earth — and discovering how they show up in personality, emotions, creativity, relationships, and everyday life. Through astrology, movement, reflection, and art, girls will learn to understand themselves in a deeper and more playful way.
Each day focuses on one element and its themes:
Fire — identity, courage, vitality, confidence, and self-expression
Water — intuition, emotions, healing, imagination, and sensitivity
Air — beliefs, voice, communication, perspective, and connection
Earth — grounding, values, stability, persistence, and nature
Girls will explore these themes through approachable astrology lessons, personal reflection, storytelling, meditation, and chart exploration.
Art Overview
The art portion of Week 1 focuses on identity, intuition, perspective, and connection to nature. Projects are designed to help girls explore who they are while building confidence in their creative voice.
Art techniques may include:
Gelli printing
Watercolor
Linocut printing
Collage
Creative journaling
Nature-inspired art
The intention behind Week 1 is to help girls feel more connected to themselves, their emotions, and their unique way of seeing the world.
WEEK TWO: June 15-18
Week 2 moves beyond the elements and into the planets. Girls will learn about the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto in a fun and accessible way.
Each planet represents a different part of who we are:
Sun — identity, confidence, and purpose
Moon — emotions, intuition, and inner needs
Mercury — communication, thinking, and learning
Venus — relationships, beauty, values, and self-worth
Mars — action, courage, and motivation
Jupiter — growth, possibility, and adventure
Saturn — responsibility, discipline, and boundaries
Uranus — individuality and change
Neptune — dreams, imagination, and intuition
Pluto — transformation and personal power
Girls will begin connecting these planetary energies to their own personalities, friendships, emotions, and goals.
Art Overview
The art portion of Week 2 focuses on contrast, beauty, community, dreams, and transformation. Projects are designed to reflect the themes of the planets and help girls express different sides of themselves.
Art techniques may include:
Cyanotypes
Weaving
Mixed-media collage
Layered journaling
Painting
Collaborative projects
The intention behind Week 2 is to help girls expand their understanding of themselves and others while continuing to grow confidence, creativity, and emotional awareness.
Tea, snacks and all supplies provided. Participants should dress for mess (and comfort!) and bring a lunch and a full water bottle.
